Job Description

RIMT University is looking for Gym Instructor to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to understand their goals, fitness level, and any specific needs or limitations.
Develop personalized fitness programs tailored to each client's goals, preferences, and abilities, incorporating a variety of exercises and training techniques.
Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques, form, and safety procedures to clients during individual or group training sessions.
Motivate and encourage clients to push past their limits and stay committed to their fitness goals, providing positive reinforcement and support.
Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their fitness programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement and results.
Provide education and guidance on nutrition, hydration, recovery, and other aspects of a healthy lifestyle to support clients' overall well-being.
Maintain a clean and organized training environment, including equipment setup, sanitization, and safety checks.
