Responsible for FIORI implementation. Support the implementation by reviewing the project plan, requirement and other deliverables. Work with business to ensure the blueprinting and adherence to the business process as per business. Manage change request and release management through change control. Ensure best solution approach and best practice followed. Identify opportunities for change or improvement and automation. Hiring and managing team with SAP skillsets within departments and IT vendors. Develop necessary skillsets in SAP within the team and cross functional team. Ensuring improvements in end user experience by adopting latest technology and automation. Working with business unit and department heads to understand the SAP related documents. Converting the business requirements in the technical requirements and complete the UAT. Providing day to day guidance as and when required to drive the SAP related initiatives. Vendor management related with SAP application landscape and underlying the infrastructure. Drive SAP continuous improvement initiatives around performance, readiness and compliances. Plan the SAP releases and patches as per the SAP release schedule and change management. Ensure quality assurance for SAP application landscape.
