Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Gym Instructor, located in Noida. The Gym Instructor will be responsible for leading individual and group workout sessions, creating personalized fitness plans, monitoring and recording progress, providing guidance on exercise techniques, ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the gym environment, and motivating clients to achieve their fitness goals. The Gym Instructor will also be expected to stay updated on the latest fitness trends and practices.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in personal training, group fitness instruction, and exercise science
• Knowledge of health and fitness assessments, exercise techniques, and workout planning
• Certification in fitness training, such as ACE, NASM, or similar
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
• Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle
