GW PC - Docs and Forms Developer

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Guidewire PolicyCenter Docs and Forms Developer with hands-on experience in document generation, template configuration, and integration of document services within the PolicyCenter ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Guidewires document framework and PolicyCenter data model. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain document templates and forms within Guidewire PolicyCenter. Implement document generation using Guidewires Document Assistant and third-party tools (SmartCOMM, GhostDraft, DocuSign, etc. if applicable). Configure document metadata, rules, triggers, and event-based document generation. Collaborate with business analysts to understand form and document requirements. Integrate document solutions with PolicyCenter workflows. Work closely with QA and testing teams to ensure quality delivery. Perform defect triage and support production document-related issues. Required Skills: 3-5 years of experience working with Guidewire PolicyCenter , specifically on Docs & Forms . Strong knowledge of Guidewire document generation framework. Experience with document composition tools like SmartCOMM , GhostDraft , or similar. Proficiency in GOSU , Java , and XML . Familiarity with Guidewire data model, PCF (Page Configuration Files), and business rules. Hands-on experience integrating with print/email services and document repositories. Nice to Have: Experience with Guidewire Cloud-based implementations. Familiarity with version control (Git), Jenkins, or CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of PolicyCenter product configurations.
