Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ballia. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to students, developing and implementing curriculum, assessing student progress, and providing hands-on instruction in line with industry standards. The role also includes coordinating with other faculty members and supporting students with placement assistance.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in HVAC & AC Technician Training, Construction Trades, or Heavy Equipment Operation
• Experience in Electrical & Plumbing Training and Industrial Maintenance
• Strong instructional and curriculum development skills
• Ability to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff
• Prior experience in a teaching or training role is a plus
• Relevant certifications and a bachelor's degree in a related field are preferred
