Role Description This is a hybrid role for a Gulf Travel Consultant at Al Farnas Travel Agency. The consultant will be responsible for planning, organizing, and booking travel arrangements for clients traveling to Gulf countries. This includes arranging flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel services. The consultant will also handle client inquiries, provide destination information, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role is based in Mumbai with the flexibility of some work-from-home arrangements. Qualifications Experience in Travel Planning and Booking Knowledge of Gulf destinations and travel requirements Strong Customer Service and Communication skills Attention to Detail and Organizational skills Proficiency in travel booking software and tools Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Experience in the travel industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
