We offer technical training programs, vocational training, and provide placement assistance with overseas job opportunities. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ballia. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to students, developing and implementing curriculum, assessing student progress, and providing hands-on instruction in line with industry standards. The role also includes coordinating with other faculty members and supporting students with placement assistance. Qualifications Proven expertise in HVAC & AC Technician Training, Construction Trades, or Heavy Equipment Operation Experience in Electrical & Plumbing Training and Industrial Maintenance Strong instructional and curriculum development skills Ability to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff Prior experience in a teaching or training role is a plus Relevant certifications and a bachelor's degree in a related field are preferred
