Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns. Translate complex technical information from English into Gujarati language with high accuracy. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times during interactions with customers. Work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines and targets set by the organization. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in BPO industry or related field (customer support, translation). Strong proficiency in Gujarati language (written & spoken) for accurate translations. Excellent voice support skills for effective communication over phone calls/chats. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
