Job Opening: Guitar & Piano Teacher (Full-Time) — Vocals Advantage

Strings of Symphony Music School – Gurugram

We are looking for a passionate, skilled, and dedicated Guitar & Piano Teacher to join our growing team at Strings of Symphony Music School. If you can also teach Western/Indian Vocals, that’s a strong bonus!

This is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive salary, performance incentives, and a supportive, creative work environment.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Teach Guitar and Piano to students of all age groups (beginner to advanced).
• If applicable, conduct vocal training sessions (Western & Indian).
• Create structured lesson plans based on the school's standardized curriculum.
• Maintain student progress reports and prepare them for internal and external exams (Trinity/RSL etc.).
• Conduct group classes, individual classes, and occasional workshops.
• Assist with school events, recitals, and student performances.
• Cooperate with the admin team for scheduling, parent communication, and operations.
• Participate in content creation for the school’s social media (optional but preferred).

🔹 Requirements

• Proficiency in Guitar and Piano (must).
• Ability to teach Vocals is highly preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching/music training experience.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient teaching style.
• Ability to teach both online and offline.
• Willingness to follow structured curriculum and maintain discipline in class.
• Certification from Trinity/RSL/Equivalent is an advantage but not mandatory.
