Guidewire Sr Manager PC

As a Manager in the Technology Consulting team at EY, you'll be leading various Guidewire implementation and Prototype development projects for customers worldwide. Your role will involve contributing to different streams of Guidewire implementation projects, collaborating with onsite coordinators, monitoring project deliverables, mentoring the project team, reporting project status to Program Managers and onsite coordinators, and interfacing with customer representatives as required. Your responsibilities will also include building a quality culture, managing performance for direct reports, fostering teamwork, providing training and mentoring to project resources, and participating in organization-wide people initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Contribute to various streams of Guidewire implementation projects - Interface, collaborate, and communicate with onsite coordinators - Plan and monitor project deliverables - Mentor the project team - Provide regular status reporting to Program Managers and onsite coordinators - Interface with customer representatives as needed **Qualifications Required:** - BE/BTech/MCA & MBA with 8-10 years of industry experience - Proficient in Guidewire PolicyCenter/ClaimCenter/BillingCenter Configuration and/or Guidewire Integration - Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Personal Lines or Commercial Lines products - Strong technical skills in Java, JEE, XML, Web Services, SQL, ANT, Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, Enterprise Messaging System, Tomcat, and/or Websphere/Weblogic - Real-time knowledge and experience in enterprise system integration on Insurance applications - Understanding and experience of software development best practices - Excellent business communication, leadership, client-facing, and project management skills **Additional Details:** At EY, the focus is on building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society, and by building trust in the capital markets.
