Job Description

Connects- We are seeking a skilled QA-Analyst with a strong background in Claims processing and a solid understanding of data testing and verification through SQL queries. The ideal candidate should have experience in testing Claims applications and be capable of writing complex queries to validate data integrity and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Claims Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing of Claims applications, ensuring accuracy and functionality of the system. Data Verification: Write and execute SQL queries to verify and validate data within the system, ensuring compliance with business rules and requirements. Test Planning and Execution: Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications. Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution. Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and defect logs. Guidewire Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with the Guidewire platform is a plus, especially in Claims-related modules.
