Job Description

Description

We are seeking a skilled Guidewire PC Config Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and configuring Guidewire PolicyCenter applications, contributing to the overall success of our insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and configure Guidewire PolicyCenter applications to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality deliverables.
Maintain and enhance existing Guidewire applications to improve performance and usability.
Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and configurations.

Skills and Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and development.
Strong knowledge of Guidewire suite, especially PolicyCenter, including configuration, data model, and workflow.
Proficiency in Java and Guidewire Scripting Language (Gosu).
Experience with Guidewire integrations using APIs, XML, and Web Services.
Understanding of insurance domain concepts and policies.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development practices.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
