Guidewire PC Config Developer

Role Overview: As a Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration Developer at our Noida office, your main responsibility will be to design, configure, and customize PolicyCenter solutions to meet the business requirements. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions, using your expertise in Java, Gosu, and the Guidewire platform. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter modules according to functional and technical needs. - Develop and maintain Gosu scripts and Java-based custom components. - Implement changes in entities, typelists, PCFs, rules, workflows, and data model. - Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to ensure quality and alignment with business goals. - Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews to uphold code quality. - Adhere to Guidewire best practices and development standards. - Document configurations, technical designs, and provide knowledge sharing to the team. Qualifications Required: - 5-10 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration. - Strong programming skills in Java and Gosu. - Proficiency in Guidewire Studio and familiarity with the Guidewire Data Model. - Experience with web services (SOAP/REST) and API integrations. - Understanding of P&C insurance domain and PolicyCenter workflows. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. - Preferred: Guidewire Certification in PolicyCenter Configuration. - Knowledge of multiple Guidewire modules (BillingCenter, ClaimCenter). - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology. - Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Maven).
