We are looking for an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration Developer to join our engineering team in Noida. Your responsibilities will include designing, configuring, and customizing PolicyCenter solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will deliver high-quality and scalable solutions, utilizing your expertise in Java, Gosu, and the Guidewire platform. You should have 5-10 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration. Strong programming skills in Java and Gosu are required, along with proficiency in Guidewire Studio and knowledge of the Guidewire Data Model. Experience in web services (SOAP/REST) and API integrations is essential. Understanding of the P&C insurance domain, PolicyCenter workflows, and strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are also necessary. Preferred skills include Guidewire Certification in PolicyCenter Configuration, knowledge of multiple Guidewire modules (BillingCenter, ClaimCenter), experience with Agile/Scrum methodology, and familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Maven). Your job responsibilities will involve configuring and customizing Guidewire PolicyCenter modules, developing and maintaining Gosu scripts and Java-based custom components, implementing changes in entities, typelists, PCFs, rules, workflows, and the data model. Collaborating with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to ensure quality and alignment with business goals, performing unit testing, debugging, and code reviews to maintain code quality, adhering to Guidewire best practices and development standards, and documenting configurations, technical designs, and providing knowledge sharing to the team.
