Guidewire Developer

As a Guidewire Developer at our company located in Gurugram, you will be responsible for contributing to the design, development, and deployment of Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications, including Policy Center, Billing Center, or Claim Center. With over 4 years of experience, you will leverage your strong understanding of insurance business processes and hands-on expertise in Guidewire configuration and integration to excel in this role. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Guidewire platform, customizing Guidewire applications using Gosu programming and XML-based configurations, and collaborating with business analysts and technical teams to ensure seamless translation of requirements into technical solutions. You will actively participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning, as well as provide production support and troubleshoot complex issues when necessary. Additionally, maintaining documentation related to development processes, configurations, and system integrations will be crucial, along with collaborating with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to facilitate smooth deployment and continuous improvement. While not mandatory, possessing Guidewire certification(s) in Configuration or Integration would be a strong advantage for this role. Experience in cloud deployments, particularly in AWS or Azure, is considered a bonus. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Git, and JIRA would also be beneficial in enhancing your capabilities as a Guidewire Developer.,
