Guidewire Developer/Lead

Location: Chennai/Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore

Experience: 5 to 12 years

Notice: Immediate Joiners

Requirement:

Candidate Must have proven experience in configuration and integration with Guidewire (Claim Center (CC) configuration, Policy Center (PC) integration/configuration, and Billing Center.
GW CC Development Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps to translate requirements into technical solutions and CI/CD pipelines.
Lead design and implementation of GW CC platform features, delivering scalable, maintainable code and robust architecture.
Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps to translate requirements into technical solutions and CI/CD pipelines.
Build and optimize backend services, APIs, and database schemas to support high-throughput transaction processing.
Implement security, compliance controls, and conduct code reviews to ensure regulatory and data protection standards.
Mentor junior engineers, contribute to architecture decisions, and drive performance, reliability, and operational improvements.
