- Lead and manage mainframe development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, and DB2. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in mainframe applications.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in mainframe development with expertise in COBOL, CICS, DB2, and Mainframe technologies. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in JCL and experience in managing large-scale mainframe projects.
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering successful projects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
