Job Description:
1)Proficient in maintenance and configuration of Guidewire products, with extensive experience in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and ContactManager2)Good working experience in Java 7 or higher version3)Strong knowledge and hands on experience in PL SQL4)Extensive experience in understanding and writing GOSU scripts5)Hands-on experience in configurations tools, example Gitlab, Jenkins6)Provide technical support for incidents raised by end users related to PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, Contact Manager and Radar Live applications7)Experience in configuration of monitoring tools Splunk, Dynatrace

Essential Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Good Stakeholder communication skillsProactive attitude with a strong problem-solving mindsetAbility to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesStrong analytical skills to investigate defects and bugs in the systems and work closely with product team for a permanent fix

Desirable Skills: Knowledge of Broker insurance business and quote engines
Leadership qualities in closely working with the application owner and look after the team when neededSupport out-of-hours change activities, including post-verification checks to ensure successful implementationCommitment to continuous learning and development in Guidewire products and support methodologiesFamiliar with ITIL concepts (Incident, Change and Problem management)
