KOCHI, KL Skill Required: Digital : Guidewire BillingCenter~Guidewire : PolicyCenter - Domain Experience Range in Required Skills: 6-8 years Job Description: 1)Proficient in maintenance and configuration of Guidewire products, with extensive experience in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and ContactManager 2)Good working experience in Java 7 or higher version 3)Strong knowledge and hands on experience in PL SQL 4)Extensive experience in understanding and writing GOSU scripts 5)Hands-on experience in configurations tools, example Gitlab, Jenkins 6)Provide technical support for incidents raised by end users related to PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, Contact Manager and Radar Live applications 7)Experience in configuration of monitoring tools Splunk, Dynatrace Essential Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Good Stakeholder communication skills Proactive attitude with a strong problem-solving mindset Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities Strong analytical skills to investigate defects and bugs in the systems and work closely with product team for a permanent fix Desirable Skills: Knowledge of Broker insurance business and quote engines Leadership qualities in closely working with the application owner and look after the team when needed Support out-of-hours change activities, including post-verification checks to ensure successful implementation Commitment to continuous learning and development in Guidewire products and support methodologies Familiar with ITIL concepts (Incident, Change and Problem management)
