We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience in the field. ### Roles and Responsibility Contribute to various technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects as a technical leader. Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators to ensure successful project execution. Plan and monitor project deliverables, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results. Mentor project teams to enhance their skills and knowledge. Regularly report status to the Manager and onsite coordinators, providing updates on project progress. Collaborate with customer representatives to address any issues or concerns during the project. Willing to travel to customer locations as needed. ### Job Requirements Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance, preferably in Commercial Lines of Business such as Commercial Auto, Commercial Property, Workers Compensation, Farm, Commercial Umbrella, and Business Owners. Proficiency in Java 5+, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, and ANT. Strong expertise in Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and any Enterprise Messaging System. Knowledge and experience with Tomcat and/or Websphere/Weblogic is required. Real-time knowledge and experience in enterprise system integration, preferably from an Insurance domain background. Understanding and experience of software development best practices. Excellent business communication and leadership skills. Prior client-facing experience is preferred. Experience in Guidewire implementations and upgrades in the Insurance sector is preferred.
