We are looking for a skilled Manager with 8 to 11 years of experience in the technology consulting team to work on various Guidewire implementation projects for our customers across the globe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration and experience working on Commercial Lines of Business. ### Roles and Responsibility Lead technical teams through all phases of Guidewire implementation projects. Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators to ensure successful project delivery. Plan and monitor project deliverables, ensuring timely completion and quality results. Mentor project teams to enhance their skills and knowledge. Regularly report status to the Manager and onsite coordinators, providing updates on project progress. Collaborate with customer representatives to address any issues or concerns during the project lifecycle. Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed. ### Job Requirements Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance, preferably in Commercial Lines of Business. Strong understanding of Java 5+, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, and ANT. Proficiency in Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and any Enterprise Messaging System. Excellent business communication and leadership skills. Prior client-facing experience is preferred. Experience in Guidewire implementations and upgrades in the Insurance sector is preferred.
