Key Responsibilities: - Lead technical teams in various streams of Guidewire implementation projects - Collaborate with onsite coordinators and communicate effectively with stakeholders - Plan and monitor project deliverables, providing mentorship to the project team - Report project status regularly to managers and onsite coordinators - Engage with customer representatives as required - Be prepared for occasional travel to customer locations Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or Computer Applications (MCA) with 8 to 11 years of industry experience - Demonstrable expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration and Property & Casualty Insurance - Familiarity with Commercial Lines of Business (e.g., Commercial Auto, Commercial Property, Workers Compensation) - Experience with ISO Standard Based Templates (SBT) for Commercial Lines - Proficiency in Java, JEE, XML, Web Services, SQL, ANT, Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and Enterprise Messaging Systems - Strong knowledge of Tomcat and/or Websphere/Weblogic - Real-time experience in enterprise system integration, particularly in the Insurance domain - Understanding of software development best practices - Superior business communication and leadership skills - Previous experience in client-facing roles Please note that the additional company details section has been omitted from the job description.,
