We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our team as a Manager in the Technology Consulting department, focusing on Guidewire implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and excellent leadership skills. ### Roles and Responsibility Lead technical teams through various stages of Guidewire implementation projects. Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators to ensure successful project execution. Plan and monitor project deliverables to meet client expectations. Mentor project team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Provide regular status reports to managers and onsite coordinators. Collaborate with customer representatives to address any issues or concerns. ### Job Requirements Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration. Experience working on Commercial Lines of Business, such as Commercial Auto, Commercial Property, Workers Compensation, Farm, Commercial Umbrella, and Business Owners. Strong understanding of Java 5+, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, and ANT. Proficiency in Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and any Enterprise Messaging System. Excellent business communication and leadership skills. Prior client-facing experience is preferred. Experience in Guidewire implementations and upgrades in the Insurance sector is preferred. A BE/BTech/MCA degree with a sound industry experience of 8 to 11 years is required.
