Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Associate located in Jalandhar. The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for providing excellent guest services, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns. Additional tasks include assisting with check-ins and check-outs, maintaining guest records, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Guest Services, Guest Service, and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in handling Reservations
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
