Guest Service Associate

Guest Service:

• Greet guests courteously and escort them to the table.
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and prompt handling of guest requests or complaints.
• Upsell food and beverage items to maximize revenue.

Operations:

• Set up tables and ensure mise-en-place is ready before service.
• Clear tables efficiently and reset for the next guests.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow.
• Ensure billing is accurate and follow up on guest payments as per hotel procedure.

Cleanliness & Hygiene:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area, pantry, and dining spaces.
• Follow all hygiene and sanitation standards as per hotel and FSSAI guidelines.

Teamwork & Communication:

• Assist colleagues and supervisors to maintain service efficiency.
• Attend daily briefings and training sessions.
• Communicate guest feedback and operational issues to superiors.

Safety & Compliance:

• Follow hotel safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Handle equipment carefully and report any maintenance issues.
