Guest Service Associate- Housekeeping

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Associate to join our Housekeeping team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide top-notch service to our guests.

• Manage guest requests and complaints professionally and courteously.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintece in guest rooms and public areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintece.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of hospitality industry operations and procedures is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field is an asset.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift up to 25 pounds.
