Job Description

  • Guest Interaction & Service:
  • Warmly greet, seat, and present menus to guests.
  • Provide detailed menu knowledge, make recommendations, and upsell specials.
  • Take orders accurately, noting dietary needs, and relay to kitchen/bar.
  • Serve food and drinks according to service standards (presentation, temperature).
  • Handle payments (cash/card) and present bills.
  • Address complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Operations & Maintenance:
  • Set up and break down dining areas, ensuring cleanliness.
  • Maintain hygiene and follow health/safety regulations (HACCP).
  • Assist with inventory and restocking supplies.
  • Perform opening/closing side work as needed.
  • Teamwork & Standards:
  • Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for smooth service.
  • Maintain high standards of etiquette and hospitality.
  • Attend training and meetings for continuous improvement.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Politeness, grooming, and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
