Guest Service Associate-F&B Service

As a Guest Service Expert at our company, your role is to create a memorable and unique dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include: - Setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies to ensure that transactions feel like part of the experience. - Creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and communication. - Being physically active by standing, sitting, or walking for an extended time, managing the menu, and engaging in hands-on work like moving objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
