Guest Service Associate (ELECTRICIAN)

Position Summary:

The Guest Service Associate (Electrician) is responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work in guest rooms, public areas, banquet halls, kitchen, and other hotel facilities. The role ensures safe, smooth, and uninterrupted operation of electrical systems while providing prompt service to guest requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Maintenance & Repair
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems, including lighting, wiring, sockets, switches, distribution panels, and appliances.
• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas have proper lighting and electrical fittings.
• Attend to complaints related to electrical faults immediately.
• Guest Service Support
• Respond promptly to guest calls regarding electrical issues in rooms.
• Ensure minimum inconvenience to guests during repair work.
• Maintain courteous and professional behavior at all times.
• Safety & Compliance
• Follow safety standards while handling electrical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with hotel safety policies, fire safety, and statutory regulations.
• Report any hazards, unsafe equipment, or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
• Coordination & Reporting
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and F&B departments for repair schedules.
• Maintain logbooks and records of maintenance work carried out.
• Assist in energy conservation initiatives and report abnormal power consumption.
• General Duties
• Support engineering team in routine operations.
• Assist in installation of new electrical equipment when required.
• Be available for emergency calls and duty rosters as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
