Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant for a full-time, on-site position at our hotel pal heights mantra at pahal in Bhubaneswar. The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and common areas, providing exemplary customer service, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of guests, handling laundry services, and assisting in the overall housekeeping functions of the property. Regular communication with the team and guests is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Skills in Laundry services and room cleaning to maintain high hygiene standards
• Proficiency in maintaining clean and orderly environments, including housekeeping tasks
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage politely and effectively with guests
• Punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Previoues experience of working in housekeeping of a hotel is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
