Role Description

The Assistant Housekeeping Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping staff, managing laundry operations, ensuring excellent customer service, coordinating with other departments, and supporting hiring and training initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, providing an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a premium hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage and guide housekeeping staff effectively
• Experience in laundry services and maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Proficiency in delivering excellent customer service and resolving guest concerns
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and other departments
• Experience in training, and developing housekeeping staff
• Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant hospitality or housekeeping certifications are a plus
• Prior experience in housekeeping of a hotel is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
