Guest Relations & Marketing Executive

As a Guest Relations & Marketing Executive at our modern Indian mithai & confectionery start-up, you will be the face, voice, and energy of our brand. Your role will involve creating memorable experiences for customers, expanding market reach, and supporting the company's growth through various initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Be the primary contact for walk-in, online, and corporate customers - Host tastings, sampling sessions, and product demos to enhance guest experiences - Build brand visibility through corporate connections, collaborations, and local events - Assist in developing marketing campaigns, pitch decks, and social media strategies - Coordinate with the website team for promotions, orders, and online campaigns - Assist with B2B inquiries and organize corporate meetings and gifting programs - Support the founder with daily marketing tasks, calendars, and reporting - Close sales through effective communication and follow up with leads and partners Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in guest relations, sales, marketing, events, or hospitality - Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a strong advantage - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field preferred - Prior exposure to food, F&B, hospitality, or luxury products beneficial If you join us, you will be part of a brand that is redefining a beloved Indian tradition, have the opportunity to learn hands-on from the founder, work in a high-energy environment, and contribute new ideas to the business.
