Role Overview: As a Guest Relations & Marketing Executive, you will be the face, voice, and energy of our brand. From making our customers feel valued to expanding our market reach through strategic relationships, you will play a vital role in the company’s growth. This is a full-time, on-the-ground role , ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys meeting new people, and has a natural flair for storytelling and sales. Key Responsibilities: Guest Relations: Be the first point of contact for walk-in, online, and corporate customers Create memorable experiences for guests by being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about our products Host tastings, sampling sessions, and product demos Gather and act on customer feedback proactively Marketing & Sales: Build brand visibility via corporate connections, collaborations, and local events Create and execute grassroots marketing initiatives and campaigns Assist in developing pitch decks, brand collateral, and social media ideas Close sales through natural, persuasive communication (in-person, email, calls) Follow up with leads, clients, vendors, and prospective partners E-commerce & Admin: Coordinate with the website team on promotions, orders, and online campaigns Assist with B2B inquiries through online channels and marketplaces Organise and set up corporate meetings, gifting programs, and pop-ups Support the founder with daily marketing tasks, calendars, and reporting Who You Are: Fluent in English; Bengali and Hindi are bonuses Well-groomed, confident, and naturally hospitable Enjoys connecting with people and building relationships Has strong written and verbal communication skills Energetic, self-driven, and takes ownership with minimal supervision Has a sweet tooth (not mandatory, but you’ll enjoy the job more!)
