Guest Relations & Marketing Executive

The Guest Relations & Marketing Executive position at our modern Indian mithai & confectionery start-up in Kolkata, West Bengal, India is seeking a dynamic individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar or related field. As the face, voice, and energy of our brand, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our market presence and customer relationships. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys meeting new people, and possesses a natural flair for storytelling and sales. Your responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for customers, creating memorable experiences, hosting tastings and demos, gathering customer feedback, building brand visibility through various channels, executing marketing campaigns, assisting in e-commerce activities, coordinating with the website team, and supporting the founder with daily marketing tasks. We are looking for an individual who is fluent in English, well-groomed, hospitable, and enjoys connecting with people. Strong communication skills, self-motivation, a willingness to take ownership, and openness to feedback are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in guest relations, sales, marketing, events, or hospitality is preferred, and knowledge of e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus.
