Guest Relations Executive/Marketing Executive

As a Guest Relations Executive/Marketing Executive at Pin & Pan Restaurant, your role involves creating marketing strategies, managing guest relations, building customer loyalty, and conducting market research. You will collaborate with the Head Chef to develop menus and plan events aimed at attracting new customers. Additionally, you will coordinate marketing efforts with other departments, analyze data to enhance the guest experience, and measure the success of marketing campaigns.
