Job Description

  • Client Interaction:

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and guests, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and professional experience.
Answer inquiries about available properties, services, and amenities, providing timely and accurate information.

  • Customer Support:

Respond to customer queries, concerns, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner.
Assist with resolving any issues or complaints to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their needs are being met and gather feedback for improvement.

  • Property Tours and Presentations:

Conduct guided tours of available properties and amenities, showcasing key features and benefits to potential clients and visitors.
Provide detailed explanations of lease/rental agreements, pricing, and terms when applicable.

  • Administrative Support:

Manage guest bookings, reservations, and appointments, ensuring all records are up to date.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and promotional content.Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, leasing, property management) to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience.

  • Relationship Building:

Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and guests, establishing trust and ensuring a personalized experience.
Assist with special events or VIP visits to create an exceptional guest experience.

  • Brand Representation:

Uphold the company’s values and brand image by providing a high standard of guest service at all times.
Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a professional and polished appearance.

  • Feedback and Reporting:

Collect and document guest feedback, ensuring it is communicated to relevant departments for action.
Provide regular updates to management on guest relations trends, challenges, and successes.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required. A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience:

1+ years of experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
Experience in sales, leasing, or real estate-related roles is a plus.

  • Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and clients of diverse backgrounds.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
