Job Description:

What You will do:

· Greet and attend walk-in customers and visitors with a pleasant and professional approach.

· Coordinate with the Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) and assign customers as per requirement.

· Provide basic information about the project and assist with site visit arrangements.

· Manage front desk operations, including calls, emails, and visitor logs.

· Maintain inventory, track office supplies, and monitor office expenses.

· Support the sales team in documentation and client servicing.

· Ensure a welcoming and professional environment at the sales office.

Requirements:

· Graduate in any stream

· Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of front desk/guest relations/customer service experience.

· Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

· Smart, confident, dynamic, and soft-spoken personality with a customer-oriented approach.

· Basic knowledge of front office operations and proficiency in MS Office.

· Ability to maintain inventory and monitor office expenses.

· Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and professional demeanor.
