Guest Relations Executive – Restaurant (Gurgaon)

About the Role

We are looking for a warm, professional, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to represent our restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. You will be the first point of contact for our guests — welcoming them, assisting with reservations, and ensuring smooth service throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a positive, friendly attitude.
• Manage table reservations and assist guests with seating arrangements.
• Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure prompt service.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues courteously and efficiently.
• Build rapport with regular guests and encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain the ambiance, cleanliness, and comfort of the dining area.
• Support the Restaurant Manager during peak hours and special events.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Smart, confident, and well-groomed appearance.
• Strong guest-handling and multitasking abilities.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
