Guest Relations Executive

GUEST RELATIONS EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Front-of-House Guest Experience:

Welcome and greet guests warmly at the entrance and guide them to their tables.

Maintain an approachable and friendly demeanour at all times.

Handle table allocations during busy hours to minimize wait times.

Service Coordination:

Liaise with the service team to ensure prompt attention to guests.

Keep track of special requests, dietary preferences, and VIP guests.

Communicate event details, specials, and promotions to guests.

Event & Brand Engagement:

Brief guests about ongoing events, live music nights, sports screenings, and beer launches.

Collect and update guest feedback and suggestions.

Support marketing initiatives by encouraging check-ins, reviews, and social media engagement.

Reservation Management:

Manage phone and online reservations, group bookings, and corporate event enquiries.

Coordinate with the events team for private parties and large gatherings.

Skills & Qualities Required

Excellent communication skills in English; Kannada/Hindi proficiency is an advantage.

Strong interpersonal skills with a cheerful, approachable personality.

Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

Conflict resolution skills and a guest-first mindset.

Basic computer skills for reservation systems and POS familiarity.

Qualifications:

Graduate in Hospitality Management or related field preferred (but not mandatory).

2+ years of experience in guest relations/front office in hospitality, F&B, or event venues.

Freshers with the right attitude and personality will also be considered.
