Job Title: Guest Relations Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a warm, well-spoken, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth seating process
• Handle reservations, walk-ins, and guest inquiries efficiently
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
• Manage guest feedback and coordinate with the service team to resolve issues
• Support the front-of-house team during peak hours

Requirements:

• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
