It is essential to report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to your manager promptly. Your appearance should be clean and professional, ensuring that your uniform is well-maintained. Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets are crucial aspects of your responsibilities. You will be required to welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guest service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities with genuine appreciation. Effective communication is key, so always speak clearly and professionally, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Developing and nurturing positive working relationships with your team members to achieve common goals is vital. Compliance with quality assurance expectations and standards is a must. Your physical duties may include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, as well as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
