Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests/customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage front office operations including reception, visitor handling, and customer support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests/customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly with a focus on service recovery.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Facility teams to ensure smooth guest interactions.
  • Organize and manage site visits, property tours, or office visits.
  • Maintain guest records, feedback, and service quality reports.
  • Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Attention to detail, presentation, and grooming.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Multilingual abilities (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
