Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Greet customers warmly as they arrive at the mall.
Plan and allocate time and resources efficiently to achieve results, even as circumstances change.
Embrace change, adapt behaviors quickly, and continuously seek to learn new skills.
Stay knowledgeable about the mall, its brands, and ongoing events and activities.
Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
Respond promptly to complaints and concerns.
Ensure restrooms and floors are cleaned regularly.
Keep mall parking well-maintained and train the parking team to assist customers with their vehicles.
Provide support to other functions as needed.
Follow all rules, regulations, and policies set by management.
Collect and analyze customer feedback, noting likes and dislikes.
Adhere to the Operations Audit Calendar and develop action plans for improvement.
Brief agency staff before shifts to ensure effective floor management.
Hold interdepartmental shift meetings for coordinated execution of tasks.
Train outsourced staff on grooming, mall FAQs, and communication skills.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficient in English with fluent communication.
Customer-focused and maintains a professional demeanor.
Self-driven, independent, and responsible.
Basic familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
Good judgment and decision-making skills.
Qualification: Any graduate (preferably Hotel Management graduate).
Overall experience: 04 years.
