Location: Smaaash, Noida

Position: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Rotational)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week | 1 Rotational Off

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 (Based on interview performance)

Age Limit: Up to 30 Years

Joining: Immediate or within 15 Days

Gender: Male & Female candidates welcome

Role Overview: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

We’re looking for a smart, energetic, and guest-focused individual to be the face of Smaaash at our Noida center. As a GRE, your role is to ensure every guest enjoys a fun, smooth, and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism

Handle inquiries, table bookings, and guest flow efficiently

Attend to guest feedback, concerns, and escalations

Coordinate with operations, service, and gaming teams

Maintain excellent customer service standards at all times

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, F&B, retail, or entertainment industry

Excellent English communication is mandatory

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude

Presentable, confident, and polite

Comfortable working in rotational shifts
