Location: Inorbit Mall, Hyderabad
Position: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)
Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (rotational)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week | 1 Rotational Off
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 (as per interview performance)
Age Limit: Up to 30 Years
Joining: Immediate or within 15 Days
Gender: Male & Female candidates welcome

Role Overview: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)
We’re looking for a smart, well-spoken, and guest-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Relations Executive. You’ll be the face of Smaaash — ensuring that every visitor enjoys a memorable and seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests courteously.
Manage table reservations and guest inquiries.
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the service and operations team for smooth functioning.
Ensure excellent customer service and a pleasant guest experience.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, F&B, or entertainment industry.
Excellent English communication is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Presentable and customer-service oriented.
Ready to work in rotational shifts.
