Job Summary:

We are hiring a smart, confident, and well-groomed Female Guest Relation Executive for our high-end Spa & Salon located within a prestigious 5 star hotel in Goa. As the first point of contact, you will ensure each guest receives a warm welcome and a seamless, professional experience.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a pleasant personality are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out experience
• Manage service bookings and client schedules efficiently
• Explain spa/salon services, packages, and offers with clarity
• Handle guest inquiries in-person, over phone, or via email
• Coordinate with service staff for smooth operations
• Maintain reception area aesthetics and professionalism
• Handle feedback and resolve concerns with patience and care
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client preferences

Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication is mandatory
• Outspoken, friendly, and customer-oriented personality
• Well-versed with basic computer applications (MS Office, email, POS software)
• Confident and well-groomed with a professional attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Prior spa/salon/hospitality experience is a plus but not required

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or any service-related stream
• Freshers are welcome – full training will be provided

Preferred Candidate:

• Female candidates only
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar
• Available to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per spa operations
