Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless guest experience by providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and addressing concerns professionally.
  • Manage guest complaints and feedback effectively to improve overall satisfaction levels.
  • Develop strong relationships with guests through personalized interactions, building trust, and demonstrating empathy when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, front office) to ensure smooth operations and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and feedback for future reference.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in hospital industry or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; attention to detail is essential.
