Assist patients with billing inquiries. Explain charges and payment options. Process payments and issue receipts accurately. Ensure accuracy in billing information and maintain confidentiality of patient financial records.Patient Check in and Check Out:
Greet patients upon arrival, verify demographic and insurance information, and assist with completing necessary forms. Process patient check-outs, provide appointment reminders, and coordinate follow-up care as needed. Patient Satisfaction & Customer Service:
Ensure a positive patient experience by providing attentive and compassionate service. Address patient concerns or complaints promptly and escalate issues to appropriate personnel when necessaryCollaboration & Communication
: Liaise with medical staff, nursing personnel, and other departments to coordinate patient care and resolve operational issues. Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of care. Compliance with Departmental Standards & SOPs
: Ensure timely and accurate compliance with the standards laid down under departmental functioning/SOP and adhere to protocols related to patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, medical record management, and other operational processes.Continuous Professional Development:
