Job Description

  • Patient Registration & Appointment Scheduling

    : Accurately register patients using the collect necessary information, and schedule appointments efficiently to optimize patient flow
  • Front Desk Operations:

    Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from patients, physicians, and visitors. Direct calls to appropriate departments or individuals and provide information in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Billing & Payment Processing:

    Assist patients with billing inquiries. Explain charges and payment options. Process payments and issue receipts accurately. Ensure accuracy in billing information and maintain confidentiality of patient financial records.
  • Patient Check in and Check Out:

    Greet patients upon arrival, verify demographic and insurance information, and assist with completing necessary forms. Process patient check-outs, provide appointment reminders, and coordinate follow-up care as needed.
  • Patient Satisfaction & Customer Service:

    Ensure a positive patient experience by providing attentive and compassionate service. Address patient concerns or complaints promptly and escalate issues to appropriate personnel when necessary
  • Collaboration & Communication

    : Liaise with medical staff, nursing personnel, and other departments to coordinate patient care and resolve operational issues. Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of care.
  • Compliance with Departmental Standards & SOPs

    : Ensure timely and accurate compliance with the standards laid down under departmental functioning/SOP and adhere to protocols related to patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, medical record management, and other operational processes.
  • Continuous Professional Development:

    Participating in Ongoing Training & Education programs to maintain & enhance skills.
  • Adherence to Office Discipline:

    Maintain office discipline by adhering to office policies and procedures, including adherence to rosters, punctuality, ensuring the timely completion of assigned tasks, and upholding grooming standards.

  • Patient Registration & Admission

    : Collect & verify patient information for registration and coordinate the admission process efficiently
  • Patient Discharge, Billing & Payment Processing:

Coordinate patient discharge procedures

Provide billing information and collect payments as necessary

Assist patients with insurance-related inquiries

Ensure accuracy in billing and documentation

    Ensure a positive patient experience by providing attentive and compassionate service. Address patient concerns or complaints promptly and escalate issues to appropriate personnel when necessary
  • Collaboration & Communication
