Matria Hospital, established in 2011 in Calicut, is a premium Birthing Boutique Centre dedicated to making childbirth a special and memorable experience. The facility offers exceptional healthcare services for mothers and newborns, ensuring their care and comfort with modern amenities and a warm atmosphere. Spanning 60,000 square feet across six floors, Matria Hospital is conveniently located on Airport Road, Calicut, with excellent visibility from National Highway No. 17 and ample parking space.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relation Executive located in Kozhikode (Calicut). The Guest Relation Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors, handling inquiries, managing guest experiences, and ensuring satisfaction and comfort. Responsibilities include assisting guests, addressing concerns, performing receptionist duties, and supporting the sales team with client interactions.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Guest Relations and Customer Service to ensure a welcoming and positive environment for all guests and patients.
Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and non-verbal, to effectively interact with diverse individuals.
Experience with Receptionist Duties such as managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and maintaining records.
Basic understanding of Sales principles and customer engagement is preferred.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and addressing customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Prior experience in a similar role in the healthcare or hospitality industry is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in hospitality, customer service, or related fields is desirable.
