JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Guest Relation Executive
Reports To:Chief Temple
Salary Range: As par with Market (45-50k)
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree
· At least 2-3 years in Marketing / Client Servicing/ Event Management/ Customer service
· Fluent English & Kannada. Able to converse in Hindi
· Smart with Pleasing personality
Job Purpose:
Ø Coordinating smooth functioning of Temple Devotee Service Management.
Overall Responsibilities:
GRE:
Ø Help Desk Management
Ø Develop and sustain PR with tenants & Devotees
Ø Managing & coordinating of events and any special occasions.
Ø Maintaining standards of the Temple
Ø Handle the contact phone of Temple … forward to relevant concerned for action.
Ø Resolve / Address all conflicts and dispute situations amongst tenants, Devotees, Temple visitors with help of concerned, in a smooth manner avoiding any disruption to Temple operations.
Operations:
Ø Ensure Temple operating policies & procedures are duly followed by the Devotees, service providers, contractors, etc. incl. Occupational Health & Safety standards
Ø Maintain high-quality property standards through daily checks - cleanliness , lighting, assets & equipment) and security control for Temple premises incl. parking, service areas, toilets and other common areas
Ø Maintain up-to-date records, documentation and data collation of Temple Devotees
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
